— No, the design consultation and proposal is prepared free of charge with no obligation to move forward.
How soon will the work begin?
— The start date will be outlined in the initial proposal, which you will receive typically within 7 business days of submitting your listing barring any unforeseen circumstances.
How long does it take to get started?
— Within 1 business day of receiving your submission, our concierge team will send a confirmation email where we’ll request any additional information needed to pre-qualify your client. Then, our design team will contact you directly to discuss the project and schedule next steps.
When do clients have to pay?
— Payment is made at the close of escrow or after an agreed upon term of up to 12 months.
